Like it or not, we don't always have the perfect role model or example to follow when it comes to leadership.  Maybe there's no one with your background, ethnicity, gender, or belief system on the path you've chosen.  Maybe you can't find someone whose values match your own.

The fact is YOU ARE A LEADER...whether in a role you've taken for work or in your own life.  And no one has ever been you in the time & place you are now...so who can tell you what to do with any accuracy?  NO ONE!!
